Why Mitel

Mitel is one of the most established business phone platforms on the market. We sell it because it works, the admin tools are sane, and the phones hold up. It's our largest on-premise install base by a wide margin, and we run plenty of Mitel cloud deployments too.

  • Wide product range. Mitel scales from a 10-person office to a 5,000-seat contact center on the same product family.
  • Strong contact-center features. If your business answers a lot of calls β€” sales, dispatch, support β€” Mitel's ACD, recording, and reporting are solid.
  • Mature admin tools. The programming interface has been refined for 20+ years. We can train your team to handle day-to-day adds and moves.
  • Hardware that lasts. Mitel desk phones are built well. We have customers running 10+ year-old Mitel handsets.

What we sell

MiVoice Office (formerly MiVoice Office 250)

Mitel's small to mid-size business platform. Right for businesses from about 10 to 250 users. Comes with built-in contact center, voicemail, auto-attendant, and conferencing. Available as on-premise hardware or virtualized on your servers.

MiVoice Business

Mitel's enterprise-class platform. Right for businesses with 100+ users, multiple sites, or serious contact-center needs. Supports up to 65,000 users on a single system, multi-site resilience, and deep integrations with Microsoft Teams.

MiVoice Connect (cloud)

Mitel's cloud offering for businesses that want the Mitel feature set without the on-premise hardware. We install and manage cloud Mitel deployments alongside the on-prem catalog.

Mitel phones

We sell the full Mitel 6900 and 6800 series β€” from the entry-level 6905 to the high-end 6970 with color touchscreen. We help you spec the right phone for each role (executives vs. operators vs. shop floor) instead of putting the same phone on every desk.

Already have a Mitel system?

We do takeover support on existing Mitel installations even if we didn't put them in. If you're not happy with your current vendor β€” slow response times, surprise bills, or they just stopped answering β€” we can take over support. We get the programming login, document what's there, and you start calling us instead.

Takeover usually pays for itself within a few months for customers who'd been paying hourly rates from the previous vendor. It's also peace of mind: knowing the person who supports your phone system actually answers the phone.

End-of-life and what to do about it

Some older Mitel platforms (3300 ICP, ShoreTel Connect from before the Mitel acquisition) are end-of-life or end-of-support. If you're running one of those, you have time but not forever. We can:

  • Extend life with SIP trunks. Keep the system but move outside calls to modern SIP, retiring your aging PRI.
  • Plan a migration path to MiVoice Business or cloud. Phased, low-disruption, preserving extensions and number portability.
  • Evaluate alternatives. If a different platform fits your business better post-Mitel, we'll tell you. We're not married to any one vendor.

Why we're vendor-neutral: We sell Mitel, NEC, RingCentral, Zoom, Intermedia, 8x8, Star2Star, and Grandstream. That breadth means we recommend what fits, not what we have to sell. If Mitel isn't the right call for your business, we'll tell you during the assessment.
